Renovate Audit Fixes

Issues Found

  • Quoted FROM: FROM "python:3.11-alpine" caused Renovate lookup failures (Failed to look up docker package "python: no-result")
  • No renovate.json: Missing Renovate configuration file

Changes

  • Dockerfile: Removed quotes from both FROM "python:3.11-alpine" lines (lines 3 and 9)
  • renovate.json: Added regexManager for binwiederhier/ntfy Docker tag in COPY --from

Dashboard Context

Issue #3: pip_requirements (pushbullet.py, xmltodict) had update errors, docker-compose deps empty, Dockerfile deps partially detected with lookup warnings.
