fix: force npm postinstall scripts with --ignore-scripts=false

The node base image has npm configured with ignore-scripts, preventing
opencode-ai's postinstall from running. Explicitly pass --ignore-scripts=false
to ensure the postinstall executes, rather than running it manually.
