- managerFilePatterns: use glob "Dockerfile" instead of regex /^Dockerfile$/
  (Renovate v37+ uses globs, not /regex/ format)
- Tini regex: fix to handle quoted ENV format ("TINI_VERSION" "v0.19.0")
- SABnzbd: keep as-is (already works)
- par2cmdline: keep as-is (already works)
