Subject: [PATCH] fix(renovate): use fileMatch instead of managerFilePatterns

managerFilePatterns is known to cause Renovate to silently fail to
match files (see renovatebot/renovate#36287). Switch to fileMatch
which works correctly in all Renovate versions.
