v0.2.6: signed mailbox extensions

This release implements an extended version of our existing mailbox encryption scheme which allows mailbox owners to (optionally) restrict mailbox write access by requiring messages to be signed with a particular signing key. Signatures are validated by the server before being forwarded to users, so we stub validation on the client. This makes this particular implementation unsuitable for P2P use.
